This is a staple Korean dish that can be used as a main or a side. It went well with my Spicy Braised Chicken dish that I made the same night. The beauty of this dish is that you can put in as many vegetables as you like. You can opt to include thin sliced beef (which I did), and add green onions (which I forgot), and season it all to your liking. The seasoning is soy sauce and sesame oil mainly. You can add in a bit of sugar if you like, but it isn’t totally necessary. Be sure to have sesame seeds to sprinkle on at the end! You can find recipes for this in many places, but I had a few Korean cookbooks on hand including this one and some others to compare cooking styles and ingredients.
