Ramen with Pork Belly and Creamy Egg

Ramen, quintessential comfort food when you are hungry, and need something quick for very cheap. I love Korean ramen, especially since I grew up eating it so much. My two favorite brands for now are Shin Ramen, and Jin Ramen. Now add that pork belly that I cooked, and a creamy egg (that you break to add creaminess to the soup), and some fresh green onions, and you have a soup that makes you savor every bite. I normally don’t drink a lot of the soup since it is so bad for you, but with the pork, and the egg, it was just too addictive to waste. I know a food cart that sells this for a relatively cheap price, but the benefit of doing it at home? You can add as many slices of pork belly as you want. Gluttony abound.
